Show Them The Money
My old long distance company sent me a letter indicating that I still owed 29
cents. The postage cost them 30 cents. I called their toll-free number to
resolve the situation with a live customer care representative, and she ended up
waiving my 29-cent balance. It's sure great that Qwest can spend that much time
and money to end up getting nothing back from me.
